The Newest Hopper Feature, Autohop!
Hopper’s newest feature, Autohop, allows users who are watching Primetime Anytime recordings to completely skip commercials! When the user starts watching a Primetime Anytime recording, they will be allowed to choose (via an on-screen pop-up window) whether or not to skip commercials. Users who choose to skip the commercials will move from segment to segment of TV shows without having to watch the ads.
Autohop will be automatically enabled on Hopper and Joey DVR systems, beginning May 10th, 2012. You must have Primetime Anytime recording enabled to take advantage of this feature!
