Installation work very good; However technician either forgot to leave a station program sheet for me so I can see what stations I have on the upgrade and or if I’m going to keep it within the 14 day trial. I also did not receive any instruction sheet on the remote control. There may be instructions on the TV screen but did not have time to search for it and would still like to have something I can have in hand to look at asI may forget what some of the buttons and arrows are for. Called customer service to request hardcopy on each; said they would send out a program sheet but there was not anything available on the hand control remote. Still waiting on the program Station sheet in mail but only have four more days to cancel or go with upgrade.
