DISH Network’s Hopper 3 System starts at $299 (plus shipping) brand new from Amazon. However, qualified new and existing customers can receive one Hopper 3 at no upfront cost. The DISH Hopper 3 system does require a whole-home DVR fee of $15 per month and an additional $7 per month for each Joey—this offer does include the 4k Joey; however, the Super Joey will run subscribers $10 per month.
