DISH Network Outage Update

DISH Network experienced an internal network issue that has affected the website, telephone systems, and email capabilities. Since GoDISH is an authorized retailer of DISH Network, we are also affected by this. DISH reported that the issue is being investigated, and internal services are expected to return online soon.

What this means for current GoDISH Customers:

Current customers of DISH, Sling TV, or wireless should not have any issues with their current service. If you need to contact customer support, they are still available.

What this means for new GoDISH Customers:

If you want to purchase a new service from DISH, like Sling TV, wireless, or satellite, we are still here and still working. We are able to put in orders to DISH manually, so new orders are possible.
